About Cathy

A transformative journey began when she left her homeland of Ireland and relocated to Vancouver Island in Canada. It was there that she built a life, met her partner, welcomed twin daughters, and spent ten fulfilling years. However, the initial years brought challenges, including trauma, dissociation, and profound personal change.

These experiences ignited a deep desire to enhance the well-being of her mind, body, and spirit. Her path led her to explore various healing modalities, including Reflexology, Somatic Experiencing, and Yin Yoga. Among them, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) stood out as a powerful tool for healing. Driven by her passion, she pursued extensive training in EFT both in Canada and Ireland. She is now an EFT International Accredited Certified Practitioner.

Her mission is clear: to empower others to heal themselves in a safe, grounded, and compassionate way.
